连续康复护理干预对脑卒中偏瘫患者的效果探讨

The Effect of Continuous Rehabilitation Care Intervention in Stroke Patients

目的分析连续康复护理在脑卒中偏瘫患者中的临床应用效果。方法选取2010年3月至2013年7月在我中心接受康复治疗的脑卒中偏瘫患者作为研究对象,共80例。将其随机分成观察组及对照组,每组各40例。其中,对照组采取常规护理,而观察组则在对照组的基础上,予以连续康复护理。对比分析两组经护理后的临床效果。结果经护理后发现,观察组的护理效果明显优于对照组,其组间的差异比较,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于脑卒中偏瘫患者,予以其连续康复护理,不仅可以提高其日常生活能力,还能够提高其生活质量。

Objective Analysis the effect of continuous rehabilitation care intervention in stroke patients. Methods 80 cases of hemiplegic stroke patients were selected from our center in march 2010 to July 2013, which were randomly divided into observation group and control group, each group had 40 cases. Control group patients were took common care, while the observation group patients were took continuous rehabilitation care on the basis of the control group＇s common care. Results After treatment, the research found that the observation group is better than the control group in the nursing effect, the difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）between the two groups. Conclusion For patients with hemiplegic stroke continuous rehabilitation care not only can improve their daily living skills, but also can improve their quality of life.
