摘要
目的探讨参芪扶正注射液联合化疗治疗乳腺癌的临床疗效。方法选择我院2011年-2014年90例乳腺癌患者的资料,按照数字随机原则分为两组,各45例,分别记为对照组和观察组,两组患者均行CAF（环磷酰胺＋阿霉素＋5-氟尿嘧啶）化疗方案,观察组患者在此基础上加用参芪扶正注射液,连续治疗2个疗程,治疗前后对患者进行外周血淋巴细胞检测,比较两组患者的近期疗效、化疗不良反应及外周血淋巴细胞含量变化。结果观察组患者骨髓抑制、消化道反应等化疗不良反应发生率低于对照组,比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;观察组患者近期缓解率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;观察组患者治疗后外周血淋巴细胞含量与治疗前比较无明显差异,无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;对照组患者治疗后T、Th、Ts、NK、B细胞含量明显降低,与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论参芪扶正注射液联合CAF化疗方案,能提高患者免疫力,降低化疗不良反应发生率,值得在临床推广。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of righting Senqi injection combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of breast cancer. Methods In our hospital 90 cases of breast cancer data in 2011 to 2014, according to figures randomly divided into two groups, each of 45 cases were recorded for the control group and the observation group, two patients underwent CAF（cyclophosphamide＋doxorubicin＋5-fluorouracil）chemotherapy was observed in this group of patients based on the use SFI, continuous treatment of two courses, before and after treatment of patients with peripheral blood lymphocytes detect short-term efficacy of the two groups were compared, side effects of chemotherapy and peripheral blood lymphocyte content. Results The patients of bone marrow suppression, chemotherapy side effects such as gastrointestinal reactions was lower than in the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〉0.05）; observation group were recently remission rate was higher, the difference was statistically significance（P〉0.05）; observed after treatment of peripheral blood lymphocytes of patients showed no significant difference in content and treatment before, was not statistically significant（P〉0.05）; patients in the control group after treatment T, Th, Ts, NK, B cells were significantly reduced compared with before treatment difference was statistically significant（P〉0.05）.Conclusion SFI joint CAF chemotherapy, patients can improve immunity, reduce the incidence of side effects of chemotherapy, worth in clinical practice.
