本文研究了用溶剂挥发法制取聚乳酸微球及其各种影响因素，聚乳酸微球的降解，含药聚乳酸微球的体外释放。
This paper deals with the preparation of polylactide microspheres by solvent volatiliza tion and its different influential factors, the degradation of polylactide microsphere, and the external release of polylactide microsphere with medicine.
