暂列金额项目的应用研究

Application of Tentative Amount Item

基于《建筑工程工程量清单计价规范》(GB50500-2013)和《房屋建筑和市政工程标准施工招标文件》(2010),对暂列金额的含义及作用进行了探讨,分别从计价规定和合同约定的角度论述了暂列金额的计价方法以及监理人在暂列金额计价中的作用。同时,在辨析暂列金额项目与暂估价项目、计日工关系的基础上,着重论述了暂列金额项目作为暂列金额使用中一种特殊情况所特有的理论和应用价值,最后以实际工程为例阐述了暂列金额项目实际应用过程中应注意的问题。

At first,the paper introduced the concept and function of the tentative amount. Based on the bills of quantities pricing codes in 2013 and the housing construction and municipal engineering standard construction bidding documents（2010）,the paper analyzed the pricing method and the responsibility of supervising engineer from the view of code and contract respectively. At the same time,it studied the relationship among the tentative amount item,provisional valuation item and daywork,and discussed the unique theoretical and practical value of the tentative amount item. Finally,as an example of practical engineering in the paper,it analyzed the issues and problems that we should pay attention to in the application.
