摘要
随着市场竞争的加剧,以顾客为导向的产品竞争日趋激烈,以技术进步和需求多样化为特征的产品生命周期不断缩短,造成了企业面临着交货期缩短、原材料价格上涨、顾客对产品质量与个性化的要求不断提升等方面的诸多压力。因此众多企业导入了供应链管理这一概念,广泛与伙伴企业展开基于供应链层面的协同。文章首先介绍了研究对象,并从A公司在外包作业过程中所积累的先进经验和存在的问题两方面,深刻地分析了A公司生产外包的现状,并结合存在的问题,构建了层次分析法和灰色关联分析法的综合评价模型,并最终提出了优化A公司生产外包作业的途径。
With the aggravation of the market competition, customer oriented product competition is increasingly more intense. While life cycles of products feature technology progress and demand diversification have been shortened. Hence enterprises are facing pressure from shortened delivery time, raw material price rise, stricter and personalized requirement for product quality. Therefore many enterprises introduce the concept of supply chain management, engaging in a wide range of cooperation with partner enterprises. This paper firstly introduces the research object, then analyzes the present situation of production outsourcing of company A, discussing both successful experience and existing problems. Furthermore, the paper constructs a comprehensive evaluation model of hierarchical analysis method and gray correlation analysis method. Finally the paper puts forwards a feasible way to optimize production outsourcing of Enterprise A.
