基于地形演绎的纵断面自动拉坡设计方法 被引量:2

摘要 研究目的:纵断面坡度设计是铁/公路等工程项目设计的一项重要内容,设计的科学与合理水平直接决定了工程的造价成本及结构形式,如何从定性到定量地实现纵断面坡度的精细化设计,最大限度地控制工程造价,同时借助自动化设计提高生产效率,是设计企业一直追求的目标。本文通过深入挖掘工程师对地面线"形"与"势"的逐步认知过程,通过地形演绎的方法,模拟实现对地面线的化简与概括,依据建立在区间土石方数量评估模型提出一种新的自动拉坡设计方法。研究结论:(1)通过由地面线→轮廓线→参照线→坡度线的模拟工程人员思维的逐步推理演绎,由地形轮廓来确立变坡点的位置,由平均地势来确立坡向与变坡点高度,自动生成的坡度线更接近工程师的设计水准;(2)自动坡度线生成演绎过程中结合区间土石方填挖平衡控制,能够达到比人工更精益化的工程数量与造价优势;(3)通过在多个项目中的应用实践与对比,此方法能够极大地提高设计效率,提升工程设计的质量。 Research purposes: Slope design on vertical section is an important aspect of railway / highway project design,scientific and rational design directly determines the level of cost and cross structure,how to maximize control project cost with sophisticated slope design from qualitative to quantitative,and improve productivity with automated design,have been the target of designing companies continue to pursue. Through mining engineers progressive cognitive processes from the ground line " shape" and " potential",we continue to simplify and generalize the ground line and finally deduce an automatic vertical design method,which based on local earthwork balance evaluation model for better cost control. Research conclusions:( 1) The deduce order of this paper is ground line,contour line,initial design line,slope line,the grade change point position is determined by terrain contour and the elevation of slope is determined by average terrain elevation.( 2) In the process of generation and deduction of the grade line,this method can fully combine with the earthwork balance control model to achieve a much leaner advantages in earthwork quantity and construction cost than engineer.( 3) By contrast in the practice and application of multiple projects,this method can greatly improve design efficiency and improve the quality of engineering design.
