微创经皮椎弓根螺钉内固定术治疗胸腰椎骨折25例 被引量:23

摘要 目的:探讨微创经皮椎弓根螺钉内固定术治疗胸腰椎骨折的临床疗效。方法:2010年6月至2012年6月采用微创经皮椎弓根螺钉内固定术治疗胸腰椎骨折患者25例,术后定期随访和影像学检查,通过采用视觉模拟评分法评估疼痛以及通过测量伤椎椎体前缘高度、后凸Cobb角及矢状面指数的变化来评价术后康复情况。结果:手术时间60~110min,平均90min。术中出血量50~100mL,平均70mL。手术后胸、腰背部疼痛症状得到明显改善,和手术前比较,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。手术前后矢状位后凸Cobb角、矢状位指数、伤椎椎体前缘高度比较均有明显差异(P〈0.05)。手术当中未发现医源性脊髓或神经损害,术后没有出现明显的并发症。结论:微创经皮椎弓根螺钉内固定术治疗胸腰椎骨折,安全、创伤小、临床效果确切。
