低密度脂蛋白胆固醇的直接测定方法及其评价 被引量:1

摘要 低密度脂蛋白(LDL)是一组不均一的富含胆固醇的脂蛋白颗粒,其漂浮密度(d)为1.006~1.063kg/L。LDL中胆固醇酯、磷脂、蛋白质、甘油三酯(TG)和未酯化胆固醇含量分别约为38%、22%、21%、11%和8%。应用非变性梯度凝胶电泳法或密度梯度超离心法可将LDL分为3种或更多亚组分。直径较小(〈26nm)密度较大(1.04~1.06kg/L)的颗粒称为小而密LDL(small,dense LDL)或称B型LDL;
