通过社会调查，分析了企业生产经营特点，纺织专科毕业生存的问题，以及社会对纺织专科毕业生综合素质和要求，进而提出了提高学生综合素质的一些措施。

This paper investigates and analyses the textile factories' production and management characteristics, the problems of textile college graduates and the synthetic stuff requirements of textile collegians by society, and brings forward some methods of improving the collegians'synthetic stuff.
