摘要
本文以国家教委《普通高等专科英语课程教学基本要求》为基础，明确专科英语教学目的，规范专科英语教学，加强对专科生语言基础和应用能力的培养。
This paper is on the basis of the Basic Requirements for the English Education for Colleges, which is issued by the Education Committee. It defines the aim of English education for colleges, standardizes English education for colleges and lays stress on the cultivation to college student's language foundation and application ability.
