摘要
根据服务主导逻辑理论,物流集成商不直接创造价值,只提供价值主张,即提供客户企业的物流解决方案,并运用自身所掌握的知识和技能整合物流分包商、物流中介商的资源,通过提供物流服务的方式增加顾客感知,实现价值共创。价值创造可以通过各个节点企业之间的互动展开,通过互动,物流集成商了解客户企业的潜在价值诉求,为客户企业提供合适的物流解决方案,并通过与物流中介商、分包商之间的互动,在客户企业的全程参与下实现价值共创;价值共创也可以通过关系、资源和网络的整合来实现。通过关系整合,物流集成商可以与多个物流分包商、中介商和客户企业之间建立良好的合作关系,提升物流服务供应链的关系能力;通过资源整合,物流集成商可以提升自身的动态能力,促进客户满意;通过网络整合,使物流服务供应链上不同节点企业之间的网络实现对接,提高信息传递的速度。
According to the theory of Service-Dominant Logic (S-D Logic), logistic integrators did not create value directly; they can only put forward the value proposition, namely the logistics solutions for their customers; they also integrate the resources of logistic distributors and intermediaries with the help of knowledge and technology to increase customers perception and realize value co-creation by providing logistic service. Value creation can be realized by interactions among node enterprises; with the help of interaction, logistic integrators can understand their customers" potential value proposition, provide their customers with appropriate logistics solutions, and realize value co-creation. Value co-creation can also be realized by the integration of relations, resources and networks. Through relation integration, logistic integrators can establish the sound cooperation relationship with logistic distributors, intermediaries and customers and improve the relation capability of Logistics Service Supply Chain (LSSC); through resources integration, logistics integrators can improve their own dynamic capability and promote customer satisfaction; through internet integration, network among different node enterprises in LSSC can be jointed and the speed of information transferring can be increased.
