涤纶POY对DTY产品质量影响因素的探讨

A Discussion on the Influencing Factors of POY Quality on DTY Quality

本文研究了涤纶POY断裂伸长率、含油率、条干不匀率、POY的外观成型等对DTY加工的影响，结果表明，POY断裂伸长率在120～140％，含油率为0．35～0．45％，条干不匀率小于1．5，外观成型良好才能加工出质量优良的DTY。

The paper deals with the influencing factors of POY products on the quality of DTY, including their breaking elongation, oil content, unevenness and appearance forming. And the results indicate that when POY possesses a breaking elongation of 120- 140%, an oil content of 0. 35 - 0. 45%,an unevenness below 1. 5and its qppearance forming well, excellent DTY products can be turned out.
