On Space Powering

空间是一种权力的象征,空间的塑造遵循着权力的逻辑,与此同时权力通过城市空间来发挥作用,空间是权力运行的重要载体。空间是权力获得"合法性"的场域,空间位置、空间高差、空间尺度以及建筑的视线设计等方面无不体现着社会权力的差异。随着现代城市化的推进,城市空间逐步被权力所异化,严重阻碍城市化的推进。我们要树立"公平"的发展理念,进一步规范城乡的规划,加强对政府的监管遏制空间的权力化趋势。

Space is one of the symbols of power. The shaping of space abides by the logic of power and meanwhile power exerts its function through urban space, which is an important vehicle of the operation of power. Space is the field for the power to achieve ＂legitimacy＂. Space location, space height difference, space dimension and the vision de- signing of architecture all display the discrepancy of social power. With the advancement of modem urbanization, the ur- ban space is gradually alienated by power, which severely impedes the progressing of urbanization. Therefore, we must establish an impartial development concept to further regulate the planning of both the urban and rural area and strength- en the supervision on the government so that the tendency of space powering is harnessed.
