摘要
文章阐述了图书馆营销采用项目制管理的优势,结合中山大学东校区图书馆的实例,探讨了图书馆营销项目孵化与培育的基本思路和三个关键步骤:以双方所需与资源共享为合作出发点、以图书馆专业性协助运营、评估执行效果。同时对项目制营销所需的支撑体系进行了梳理,认为有效的支撑应包括优秀案例、用户行为、可用资源三个方面。
The article points out advantages of project management in library marketing. By analyzing the case of Sun Yat - sen University East Campus Library, steps of incubation and cultivation of library marketing projects are discussed. A support system including best marketing practices, users" behavior and available resources and a professional marketing team are proposed.
