Dynamic-interactive negotiation decision making of construction diversion schemes

摘要 施工导流方案的选择需要业主、设计和施工单位通过协商实现.针对协商过程的动态性和交互性,基于群组风险决策理论,建立促进方案决策螺旋推进的交互模型.采用加权平均算子集结决策者的评价信息,以决策者评价与群体评价一致作为交互决策的目标导向,通过自适应迭代模拟决策者之间的协商过程,挖掘决策者最优价值的评价信息.在此基础上,计算各导流方案的得分函数和精确函数,据此进行导流方案的优劣排序.实例验证了该方法的可行性和有效性,可为交互协商视角下导流方案的优选提供理论基础. For the achievement of the construction diversion scheme selection, the negotiation between owner, designer and constructor are demanded. In allusion to the dynamics and interaction of the ne- gotiation process, the interactive decision making model promoting decision system to propel helically is proposed based on the group decision making under risk. By adopting the weighted averaging operator, the preference of individual is aggregated and by employing the adaptive iterative algorithm, the negotiation process of decision-makers is simulated. And the optimal individual preference value is derived targeting the consensus between the individual preferences and the collective ones. On the basis, the score function and accuracy function of the diversion schemes are calculated and accordingly the priority order of schemes are conducted. A case study is presented to verify the feasibility and validity of the method. The study provides theory foundation for diversion schemes optimization in view of interactive negotiation.
