摘要
梳理了不透水地表对城市水环境的负面影响,如地表径流量和洪峰流量增大、河道拓宽与侵蚀、河流水质下降及水生生物多样性降低等。为控制不透水地表无序增长,缓解其对城市水环境的负面影响,从规划技术及法律行政等非工程技术两方面,分别提出了具体策略。
This essay summarizes the negative influences of impervious surface on urban water environment, such as surface runoff and flood peak increasing, river erosion and river broaden, water quality and aquatic biodiversity decreasing, and so on. In order to control the reckless increasing of impervious surface and mitigate the negative influence on urban water envi-ronment, this essay proposes specific strategies including engineering technology and non - engineering technology.
