Evolution of China's social spatial structure and its governance

认为长期以来我国城市治理强调空间的经济效益,忽视城市社会空间的多元化与协调性,导致空间治理正义缺失,阻碍了城市化进程。认为从以前强调的增长理念为主导转向以公平公正理念为主导,是城市治理方式转型的关键。认为在新形势下,要实现城市社会空间的良好治理,首先应增强政府对公众需求的满足,实现政府公共性的回归;同时,应创造不同途径让社会各种力量参与城市建设,通过协商、沟通与合作达到多元利益的平衡。

It is proposed that diversity and coordination of urban social space has long been ignored so as to lead to lack of space governance and justice, hindering China＇ s urbanization process. How to transfer from the previous emphasis on the growth to the concept of fairness and justice mission as the leading urban governance is a key step. In the new situation, to realize the good governance of urban space, it needs to strengthen the government＇ s ability to meet with public demands, to achieve the government＇ s public nature of return. At the same time, a variety of ways should be created to make different social forces involved in urban development, to balance diverse interests through consultation, communication and cooperation.
