摘要
建国后中国共产党人提出了一系列前后相继又不断发展的现代化建设思想。从单一的工业化,到四个方面的现代化,再到全方位的富强民主文明和谐的中国特色社会主义现代化;从"两步走"的经济发展战略,到"三步走"、"新三步走"的现代化发展战略;从单一的经济布局,到经济、政治、文化"三位一体"布局,再到经济、政治、文化、社会、生态"五位一体"的战略布局;从理论层面的现代化目标,到宏观的战略布局、基本纲领,再到具体的战略部署,一系列的变迁发展均表明我们党对现代化建设规律,尤其是对中国特色社会主义现代化建设规律的认识更为全面、具体与深入。党的十八届三中全会结合改革的"破"与发展的"立",做出了"完善和发展中特色社会主义制度,推进国家治理体系和治理能力现代化"的战略决策,集中展示了我国现代化建设思想的最新发展。
Since the foundation of PRC, it has come up with a series of successive and continuously developing thoughts on modernization construction. From single-structured industrialization to the four aspects of modernizations,and then to the all-round prosperous, democratic and harmonious socialist modernization with Chinese charac-teristic, from the two-step economic development strategy to the three-step and the new three-step moderniza-tion development strategy, from a single economic layout to a three-in-one layout of economy, politics and cul-ture, and then to a strategic layout which integrates the economic, political, cultural, social and ecological do-mains, from the modernization goal at the theoretical level to the macro strategic layout, basic program, and then to the specific strategic deployment, all indicate that our party has understood the law of socialist modernization in a more comprehensive, concrete and deep way, and clearly wares of Chinese characteristic socialist modern-ization.
