浅析京津冀一体化中的专利问题

Analysis on Patent Issues in the Economic Integration of Jing-Jin-Ji Area

京津冀一体化是我国区域经济发展战略之一。从专利的视角,对比分析京津冀地区研发活跃的程度、技术对经济的促进程度以及三个地区的研发主体及其技术优势领域。整体看来,虽然北京在技术上的领先地位不可动摇,但资源利用率相对偏低;天津的互联网相关技术领域正处于发展热点,高校研发优势正逐渐体现;河北省研发潜力较大,当地GDP对专利较敏感。京津冀应当加强技术研发领域的合作,用技术研发促进京津冀经济一体化。

The economic integration ofjing-jin-ji area is one of the strategies to develop the regional economy. This article analyzes the differences in these three areas from the perspective of patent including the degree how the patent accelerates the regional economic growth, entities of patent application and the dominant technological fields, on the whole, Beijing is the best in technological field but its resource utilization is low, Tianjin has the advantage in the Intemet technological field and the R＆D advantage of university is emerging, Hebei has a big potentiality in R＆D, its GDP is sensitive to patent. Jing-jin-ji should collaborate in the field of technology R＆D to promote the economic integration.
