摘要
分析了IT服务型企业实施ITSS标准的要求,提出了体系贯标过程中各个要素之间需要相互平衡的概念,探讨和研究了企业贯彻标准的策略和相关措施,并针对需求分析、规划设计、部署实施和评估改进的实施四阶段给出了建立平衡的具体建议。
Analyzes the requirements that IT service-oriented enterprises implement ITSS standards, puts forward the concept of balancing each element among this process, and carries on the discussion and research of enterprises' standards and related measures, then gives the appropriate suggestion pointing to requirement analysis, planning and design, deployment and implementation, evaluation and improvement.
