摘要
前缘缝翼齿轮齿条设计时站位多、参数多、载荷种类多、前缘结构空间狭小,缺少设计输入,通过对缝翼齿轮齿条的载荷、材料、设计变量及约束条件的分析,提出了一种前缘缝翼齿轮齿条的设计方法,能够快速实现多组齿轮齿条模数和齿数的优化设计,并可为其上游操纵系统提供多种传动比的选择。
In order to solve the problems in designing leading edge slat mechanism, such as various position and kinds of load, great amount of parameters, narrow installation space and lack of input, a method has been put forward through the analysis of load, material, design variable and restriction. The result shows that the modulus and number of gear teeth can be rapidly optimized for a series of gear-rack mechanism, and the method provides more choices in transmission ratio for previous control system design.
