对有机化学的教学内容及教学手段进行改革与实践，将传统教学与直观教学相结合，加强实验教学，培养学生的动手能力及创新能力。
This paper is about the development of students' capability of solving realistic problems and their creativity through: the reform and practice of the teaching material and teaching methods of organic chemistry, the combination of traditional teaching methods with audio-visual teaching, and the strengthening of expeimental teaching.
