山东省某三甲医院医务人员HIV职业暴露及影响因素调查 被引量：3

摘要 随着艾滋病在全球范围内蔓延,到医院就诊的HIV感染者和AIDS病人不断增加,医务人员接触HIV的机会日趋增多,职业暴露的危险增加。美国疾病预防控制中心资料显示,截至2000年底,美国医务人员中已有57人因职业暴露被确诊感染HIV[1]。在中国,虽然目前尚无因职业暴露感染HIV的报道,但在国内的医疗条件下,急诊抢救、口腔手术和静动脉采血时,患者不需要进行HIV抗体检测,
