宝钢铁水预处理“三脱”喷粉剂的研究之一——铁酸钙合成渣的试验研究

摘要 在实验室条件下,进行了用石灰(石灰石)和氧化铁皮制备铁酸钙合成渣的试验研究。结果表明,在一定条件下,制成了含铁酸钙>85%的预合成渣,其熔点低、熔化快;用它处理含硅<0.20%、含磷0.060~0.070%的铁水时,其脱硅效率接近100%,最大脱磷效率>87%。本文着重讨论了铁酸钙合成渣的主要形成条件及其物化性质。 Under laboratory conditions, we have conducted the experimental study on the combined slag made of calcium ferritite with lime(lime stone)and scale. The experimental result shows that we have made pre-combined slag with calcium ferritite(>85%)under certain conditions. The slag has a low melting point and rapid melting rate. when treating hot metal(containing Si<0.2%,P<0.06-0.07%)with this slag, we have obtained desilion efficiency approximate to 100% and maximum dephosphorization efficiency more than 87%。In this paper, the mainly forming conditions of calicum ferritite and its physical and chemistry characteritations are also discussed.
