摘要
目的:研究玫瑰花鞣质提取物体外抗氧化活性的能力。方法:采用Fenton体系和邻苯三酚自氧化法评价了玫瑰花鞣质的体外抗氧化能力,采用多元线性回归对鞣质浓度与抗氧化活性相关性进行了分析。结果:玫瑰花鞣质提取物浓度在0.05~4.00μg/mL范围内与对—OH和O2-清除能力呈量效关系,其最大清除率分别为62.85%和72.67%;浓度对抗氧化能力的线性回归方程为Y=-0.517+1.732X1-0.903X2。结论:玫瑰花鞣质具有较强的抗氧化能力,是1种天然有效的抗氧化剂。
Objective: To study the antioxidant activity of tannin extraction from Rosa Rugosa. Methods: The antioxidative activity was evaluated by hydroxyl radical system and pyrogallol autooxidation methods. The correlation relationship was surveyed by multiple linear regression analysis. Results: The tannin concentrations were bewteen 0,05 and 4.00 μg/mL, it showed correlation relationship for -OH and O2 clearance abilities. The linear regression equation of concentrations against antioxidative activity was Y=- 0.517+ 1.732X1- 0.903X2,. Conclusion: The tannin from Rosa Rugosa shows strong antioxidative activities and is an effective natural antioxidant.
