摘要
目的:研究汉防己甲素对大鼠肝保护与抗氧化作用。方法:选取40只大鼠作为实验对象,随机分为模拟组、溶剂对照组及治疗3组(20 mg/m L,60 mg/m L,100 mg/m L),每组8只大鼠;模型组每隔3 d给予四氧化碳溶液,溶液浓度为30%,持续给予10 d,给药方法为灌胃;溶剂对照组每日行同等剂量溶剂实验;治疗3组每日给予汉防己甲素并给予四氧化碳溶液;比较汉防己甲素对大鼠肝保护与抗氧化效果。结果:治疗3组大鼠肝损伤程度指标显著优于其他2组,经比较其差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对CAT、GPx、SOD、GST、GSH等抗氧化指标显著优于其他2组,经比较其差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);汉防己甲素可有效清除超氧化物离子形成的自由基,且清除能力与药物浓度呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论:汉防己甲素对大鼠肝保护与抗氧化具有显著作用。
Objective: To study the effects of liver protection and antioxidation of tetrandrine in rats. Methods: 40 rats were selected as experimental objects and were randomly divided into model group, solvent control group and treatment of 3 groups (20 mg/mL, 60 mg/mL and 100 mg/mL), 8 rats in each group. The model group was given for 3 days every CCl4 solution(solution concentration of 30%), continued to be given for 10 days, medication for gastric perfusion; solvent control group each on line was given the same dose of solvent experiment; treatment group three daily given tetrandrine, solvent concentration was 20 mg/mL. kg^-1, 60 mg/mL. kg^-1, 100 mg/mL, kg^-1, and to be given CCl4 solution. Comparing the effect of tetrandrine on rat liver protection and antioxidation. Results: For three rats in the treatment group liver injury index was significantly, better than the other two groups. The difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05); in treatment group CAT, GPx, SOD, GST, GSH and other antioxidant index of 3 rats was significantly better than other two groups. The difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05). Tetrandrine can effectively scavenge superoxide ion formation of free radicals, and the scavenging ability was positively correlated with drug concentration (P〈0.05). Conclusion: The tetrandrine has strong rat liver protective and antioxidant effects. So it can be used.
