摘要
为筛选出适合广西南宁及周边地区栽培的优良草菇菌株,对引进的5株商用菌株在PDA和出菇培养基的菌丝生长情况、子实体商品性状及生物转化率进行了对比试验。结果表明,在PDA培养基上,菌株V365菌丝生长速度快,长势强势;在出菇培养基上,菌株V9的菌丝生长速度快,长势稍弱;在生物转化率上,菌株V9最高,为22.2%,且子实体表现出较优良的商品性状。综合分析,菌株V9较适宜在广西南宁及周边地区气候条件下进一步验证并推广应用。
In order to screen out excellent Volvariella volvacea strains which are suitable for cultivation in nanning,comparative test was carried out between five commercial Volvariella volvacea strains.Researches were focused ongrowth rate of mycelia, commodity characters of fruiting bodies and biological transformation rate. The resultsshowed that, strain V365 grew best on PDA agar medium, strain V9 grew best on fruiting medium.With the highestbiological transformation rate and better commodity character,strain V9 was suitable to be further tested verified andextended in Nanning and surrounding areas.
