Author has introduced the process flow of shift system in synthetic ammonia plant with a capacity of 450 000 t/a;has briefly described the physical and chemical characteristics of catalyst in shift system;analyzed the problems existing in vulcanization of catalyst;has presented the technical re-formation scheme of vulcanization pipeline newly added;has summarized the technical reformation effect .
