摘要
进口HOROMILL系统运行过程中,存在部分易损件备件成本高,订购和加工时间长等制约系统高效益问题。中材水泥有限责任公司大胆采用国内新技术、新材料,制定科学、合理的国产化技术改造方案,消除了进口配件制约生产的隐患。生产证明:国产配件达到进口件的相同质量和使用寿命,降低了维修成本,提高了设备运转率,提高了系统的质量与产量,实现了系统长期稳定运行的目的。
In operation process of import HOROMILL system, there exists problem of quick-wear parts in high cost and long time order and processing, which restricted the system effects. Sinoma Cement Co.,Ltd. boldly used domestic new technology and new material to make a scientific and reasonable localization plan, eliminating hidden trouble in import accessories. The production proved that domes.tic accessories have the same quality and service life as imported parts, and can reduce the repairing cost, increase equipments’ run.ning rate and improve system quality and output, realizing long-term steady running.
