摘要
原料配料的质量控制是生熟料质量控制和系统高产优质低耗运行之关键。山东东华水泥公司有2条5000t/d熟料生产线,其中#2线采用跨皮带式在线分析仪对进磨原料进行实时、在线、连续检测和快速调整,而#1线采用"自动取样器+荧光分析仪"的质控系统,生料质量明显差于#2线。为提高#1线生料质量,实施了利用#2线一台跨皮带式在线分析仪同时控制两台ATOX50原料磨配料的技术改造,取得了优质、低耗、稳定的生产运行效果,并有效降低了#1线的生料配料成本和系统检修费用等。
Quality control of raw matrial batching is the key of quality control of meal and clinker and high yield, fine quality and low consumption of system. Shandong Donghua Cement Company has two 5 000 t/d clinker production lines, they adopted cross-belt online analyzer to realize real time,online continuous detection and rapid adjustment for raw materila mill in the #2 line, and applied "automat- ic sampler+fluorescence analyzer"quality control system in the #1 line, and the meal quality of #1 line was obviously lower than that of # 2 line. In order to improve meal quality of #1 line, an alteration was actualized to use #2 line's cross belt online analyzer controlling the two ATOX50 raw material mills' batching and high quality,low cosumption, stable running effect was obtained, at the same time raw ma- terial hatching cost and system maintenance costs of #1 line were decreased effectively.
