摘要
鹿泉曲寨#3窑的篦冷机超产20%以后,出现了"红河"与出熟料温度高、二三次风温低等问题。根据调研与标定结果分析,中材装备集团有限公司南京分公司对其采用并实施了新型下料口篦床结构、新型阻流篦板技术、双侧导向轮、组合式护板和主轴复合式密封结构等措施的技术改造。改后效益显著,熟料出料温度降低70℃,二三次风温分别提高70℃和100℃,且熟料产量又进一步提高100t/d。
After Luquan Quzhai #3 kiln overfulfilled production at 20%, there arose problems as "red river" and high clinker tempera- ture and low temperature of auxiliary and tertiary air. According to the investigation and calibration results, Sinoma Equipment Group Co.,Ltd. Nanjing Company applied and actualized technical alterations for the grate cooler as new feed grate bed structure, new flow re- sistance grid plate technology, bilateral guide wheel, combined retaining plate and spindle composite sealing structure etc. After the al- terations, there has remarkable benefit as clinker discharge temperature reduced 70 ℃, auxiliary and tertiary air temperature increased 70 ℃ and 100 ℃ respectively and the clinker output further improved at 100 t/d o
