摘要
根据实验室小试提出的混凝土内养护剂合成工艺路线,在反应釜上进行了200L规模的中试生产.研究表明,小试提出的工艺路线可行,工艺参数合理.中试产品的吸水率为271倍、保水率91.5%、负压释水率81.1%,达到了生产的预期要求.当物料黏度在1 1000mPa·s以下时,凝胶可以实现依靠自重下料,提高生产效率,改善操作条件.试验结果为10t级生产线的设备选型和工艺设计提供了基础数据,为下一步工业化生产奠定了坚实基础.
Based on the synthesis process of inner curing agent proposed by laboratory test, trial production in 200 L reaction kettle was carried out. The research shows that the process of laboratory test is feasible and the parameters are reasonable. The water absorp- tion rate of trial product is 271 times, and the water retention rate is 91.5%,the negative pressure water release rate is 81.1%, which satisfy the expected requirements. When the sample's viscosity is under 11000 mPa. s, the gel can feeding by its own weigth, which can improve the production efficiency and the operation condition. The test results provided basic data for the equipment selection and pro- cess design of 10t production line and laid a solid foundation for next industrial production.
