摘要
《国家新型城镇化规划(2014—2020年)》的正式出台标志着新型城镇化战略部署已正式进入现在进行时。本文重点从历史及现实两个层面对我国新型城镇化理论的提出背景进行回顾与分析,在此基础上结合《规划》内容,对新型城镇化战略部署的现实意义进行解读。
The official publicity of The National New-type Urbanization Planning （ 2014-2020 ） means that the new urbanization strategy deployment has formally began. This paper mainly reviews and analyzes the background of the theory of China’s new-type urbanization from historical and realistic aspects and intepretes its practical signifi-cance on the basis of the planning.
