摘要
在乙烯工厂中,信息感知元件和采集终端采集了海量的生产操作数据。为满足企业信息管理数字化和智慧化的要求,生产管理部门基于信息数据决策和操作数据系统(ODS)成为乙烯工厂实现数字化、信息化、智慧化管理的基础。阐述了乙烯工厂中ODS的工作原理、功能结构、网络结构以及ODS在乙烯工厂智慧化管理中的应用。
Information perception element and acquisition terminals collect huge production data in ethylene plants. To meet requirements of intelleetualness and digitization for enterprise information management, based on information data, operation data system （ODS） is decided as the foundation for ethylene plant by enterprise production management department to realize digitization, informatization and intelligent management. Principle, function structure, network structure, and application in intellectual management of ODS in ethylene plant are summarized.
