摘要
随着GB 50160—2008《石油化工企业设计防火规范》的实施,炼化企业新建及改造项目中出现了一类特殊的紧急切断阀,在高危设备发生火灾时,可以通过操作该阀门,紧急切断火灾区域的原料,有效地降低火灾造成的损失。简要阐述了紧急切断阀在炼油装置中的设置原则,介绍了紧急隔离阀(EIV)在设计中应注意的要点。通过相关论述和探讨,为工程设计人员对炼油厂此类阀门的合理应用和设计选型提供借鉴。
With implementation of GB 50160--2008"Code for fire protection design of petrochemical enterprises", one special kind of emergency shut-off valve has been widely used in new constructed and modified project at refinery enterprise. Raw material in conflagration area can be isolated by operating this valve emergently to reduce loss caused when fire occurs at high risk equipment. Basic principles of setting emergency isolation shut-down valve (EIV) for refinery installation are briefly described. Key points for its design are introduced. Through relative discussion, it can be used as reference for designers to apply and select this kind of valve reasonably for refinery.
