摘要
在化工厂蒸汽平衡中,减温减压器、放空阀是关键设备,对装置的安全、稳定运行起着举足轻重的作用,合理设计减温减压器、放空阀的控制方案至关重要。简述了化工厂蒸汽平衡的建立步骤,结合某化工项目,重点研究了减温减压器、放空阀等设备的两种控制方案,并详细地分析了每种方案的优、缺点。
Temperature& pressure reducers and venting valves are key devices in steam balance system in chemical plant. They play an important role to equipment safety and stable operation. It is very critical to design a reasonable control method for them. The step of establishing steam balance is briefly introduced for chemical plant. Combined with one chemical project, the study for two kinds of control method for temperature & pressure reducers and venting valves are stressed. The advantages and disadvantages of them are discussed in detail.
