摘要 研究超声焊接技术在三角袋原茶包装设备中的应用。分析了压电换能器、频率跟踪发生器、变幅杆等超声焊接核心部件的工作原理及作用,剖析了它们在设计及应用中的关键影响因素;论述了超声焊接系统工作稳定性,研究了系统谐振匹配和调试技术,总结分析了应用中的常见故障及质量缺陷,给出了相应解决措施。实践表明:超声焊接技术能较好完成PET纱、玉米纤维、尼龙滤布及食品应用级无纺布的无缝焊接,满足原茶包装设备的需要。 Application of power ultrasonic welding system in the triangle original tea bags packaging ma-chine is researched.Besides the working principle and effects of piezoelectric ultrasonic transducer,frequency automatic tracking ultrasonic generator and ultrasonic horn,which are the core components of ultrasonic weld-ing system,are analyzed in depth,the key factors in both their engineering application and their design progress are discussed.After the system working stability is expounded,both the techniques of system resonance matc-hing and system debugging are studied;Based on analysis and summary of the common faults and quality de-fects in power ultrasonic welding,corresponding solutions are provided.Seamless welding experiments on PET, corn fiber,nylon filter paper and food non-woven cloth prove to be excellent.
