摘要
对电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱和电感耦合等离子体质谱技术的原理和特点以及在相关食品分析检测等方面的应用进行了综述。
This paper introduced the principle and characteristic of Inductively Coupled Plasma Atomic E-mission Spectrometry and Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry technology and application on detec-tion and analysis in relevant food.
