摘要
建立了单臂行星架的有限元模型,分析了结构参数对单臂行星架强度、刚度的影响;对比分析了单臂行星架圆形结构和三角形结构的应力和变形情况。针对双臂行星架的有限元模型,分析了连接板厚度、输入端侧板厚度等结构参数对双臂行星架强度和刚度的影响;对同规格的单、双臂行星架就强度、刚度和质量方面进行了综合对比分析。
The finite element model of single arm planet carrier is built,and the influence of structural parameters on strength and stiffness of single arm planet carrier is analyzed. The stress and the deformation of the circular structure and the triangle one for single arm planet carrier are analyzed and compared. The finite element model of the same specification arms planet carrier is established,and the influence of the connecting slab thickness and the input side plate thickness on the strength and the stiffness for the arms planet carrier is analyzed. Aspects of the strength,the stiffness and the mass of the single arm and the arms planet carrier in the same specifications are analyzed and compared.
