摘要
提出了渐开线齿轮的综合设计法,给出该方法常用的计算公式,列举了应用实例,分析了用按节圆模数设计的刀具和传统刀具所加工齿廓的差异,为分析和设计非标的渐开线齿轮提供了一种可供选择的方法。
A comprehensive design method for the involute gear is presented,the commonly used calculation formulas and the example are given,the difference of the tooth profile between the tools designed by the modulus of the pitch circle and the traditional tools are analyzed,the method is useful for the analysis and the design of the non- standard involute gear.
