三峡升船机齿轮齿条受力分析 被引量:9

摘要 根据三峡升船机的结构原理,分析了齿轮齿条传动在船箱上升和下降时的受力方向,给出了升船机上升时齿条应为上齿面受力,下降时应为下齿面受力的建议。分析了升船机正常上升和下降的24种工况下齿条的受力方向和载荷大小,得到了最大载荷出现的工况组合和载荷大小,给出了通过合理地控制误载水深的方向和大小,就可以达到合理控制齿条受力方向和有效减小载荷大小的途径,这对确保升船机的安全可靠运行、延长升船机齿轮齿条寿命具有重要的意义。 According to the structural principle of Three Gorges ship lift,the load direction of pinion and rack teeth is analyzed while water chamber going up or down,the recommendation is given that the rack load should be on the upper tooth surface while the ship shift going up,and should be on the under tooth surface while the ship shift going down. The magnitudes and directions of rack load in 24 types of operating modes are also analyzed,the operating mode and load magnitude corresponding to the maximum load is obtained,a recommended approach is presented in which the load direction can be changed or the load magnitude can be reduced by managing the water depth deviation appropriately. This is particularly significant to insure the safety and reliability of the ship lift and to prolong the service lifetime of the pinion and rack.
