摘要 针对风电机组齿轮箱的早期磨损故障监测需求及降低维护成本诉求,提出基于在线油液磨粒检测的磨损状态监控技术。设计适用于风机的大孔径油管的金属磨粒检测传感器,开发适用于风电场所有风电齿轮箱磨损状况分布式测量的智能监控系统。试验及数据分析表明该技术和产品具有灵敏度高、抗干扰能力强、颗粒检出正确率高等优点,满足风电机组齿轮箱磨损监测的实际应用需求。 In order to monitor the wear condition of wind turbine gearbox and reduce the costs of maintenance,a technique of the wear condition assessment based on the on- line oil abrasion monitoring is proposed. The sensor for the large aperture oil tube of wind turbines is designed. The intelligent monitoring system which can be used for distributed measurements of wear condition is developed for every wind turbine gearbox and every wind power station. The experiment results show that the production have the advantages of high sensitivity,strong anti- interference ability,and high accuracy of abrasion detection,and it can be used for actual application of the oil abrasion monitoring for wind turbine gearbox.
