摘要
影响从动锥齿轮热处理变形因素较多,选取一些主要的影响因素,采用正交试验设计的方法找到最优结果,从而达到减小变形的目的。制定了本公司的材料淬透性标准。在生产中应对钢材的淬透性进行分类投档,才能有效解决零件热处理变形的问题。
There are many factors influencing the heat treatment distorsion of driven bevel gear. Several major factors are studied by orthogonal experment design method to find the optimal solutions to decrease the deformation,and the standards of materials of the company are formulated which related to the hardenability.The problem of heat treatment deformation can be solved effectively by the classification of the steel accortling to the hardenability of the steel.
