摘要
研究了弹性连杆机构的强度可靠性问题。首先,应用有限元模型对弹性连杆机构进行动力学分析的基础上,对机构杆件的动应力和最大动应力进行了分析。然后,考虑连杆机构杆长、截面尺寸、弹性模量、质量密度的随机性,利用矩法,分析了连杆机构动态应力的数字特征,构建了弹性连杆机构的强度可靠性分析模型。最后,通过算例考查了机构转速、几何参数和物理参数的随机性对其强度可靠性的影响,获得了有意义的结论。
The strength reliability of elastic linkage mechanism is studied. Firstly,the Kineto- Elastodynamics analysis of elastic linkage mechanism is carried out by using finite elements model,then the dynamic stress and the maximum stress of elastic linkage mechanism are analyzed. Based on above,taking the bar length,section and physical parameters as stochastic variables,by using the moment method,the numerical characters of dynamic stress are presented,and the strength reliability model of elastic linkage mechanism is built. Finally,through the example,the influences of the mechanism speed and the stochastic variables on the reliability of elastic linkage mechanism are discussed,and some useful conclusions are obtained.
