The industrial application of type QDB-05 low water-gas ratio CO sulfur-tolerant catalyst in methanol unit for coal-water slurry gasification process is summed up.Its actual operation shows that the catalyst has properties of higher shift activity and resistance to methanation side reaction, adapting to shift operation conditions of higher CO content, higher pressure and low water-gas ratio, and no methanation side reaction taking place.
