摘要
水冷壁结构形式的GSP气化炉采用"以渣抗渣"的原理,在水冷壁内侧附着1层均匀分布的熔渣层,以抵御高温熔渣对水冷壁的腐蚀。气化炉内结渣是一个相当复杂的过程,不仅与煤种特性以及熔渣本身的沉积特性有关,还与炉内粉煤气化燃烧过程有着密切关系。GSP气化炉内的耐火材料很容易受到熔渣的侵蚀,极易损坏。主要讨论了煤质、气化炉操作温度、氧煤比的控制等对GSP气化炉内水冷壁挂渣的影响因素。
GSP water-cooling wall type gasifier uses principle of “the slag resisting the slag”, a evenly distributed slag membrance is attached on the inner side of water-cooling wall, to protect water-cooling wall from high temperature slag corrosion.Slagging inside gasifier is a quite complicated process,it has not only a close relation with coal characteristics and deposition characteristic of slag itself, but also has close relation with combustion process of dust coal gasification inside gasifier.The refractory material in GSP gasifier is very easy to be corroded by slag, and is easy to be damaged.The influencing factors on slag membrance of water-cooling wall in GSP gasifier are discussed mainly, such as coal quality, operating temperature of gasifier, control of oxygen-coal ratio, etc.
