某高层建筑基础的设计与施工

摘要 通过对设有2层地下室的某高层建筑基础的设计分析与施工实践,验证了大吨位静压预制方桩设计可采用较高的单桩承载力,能较好排除施工噪音和现场地面污染对周围环境的影响。静压预制方桩的施工质量控制对合理降低造价,缩短工期,提高经济效益具有现实意义。 By analyzing the foundation design of a high-rise building with basement of 2 stories and through construction practice, it verified that large tonnage prefabricated static pressure piles can adopt higher single pile bearing capacity and can better get rid of the influence of construction noise and field ground pollution to surrounding environment. The control of construction quality of prefabricated static pressure pile is significant to reasonably reducing construction cost, shortening construction period and increasing economical benefit.
