摘要
基于温拌沥青混合料具有降低能耗、减少污染、易施工、路用性能优良等优点,结合温拌剂的改善原理,从沥青试验、沥青混合料试验及试验段情况等方面对温拌与热拌工艺进行对比分析。结果表明:温拌沥青混合料在较低的温度下满足孔隙率等指标要求;采用温拌沥青混合料可降低施工温度,并达到甚至超过热拌的压实效果;具有较好的节油率。
Based on the advantages of warm mix asphalt including lowering energy consumption, reducing pollution, facilitating construction and showing good pavement performance, the comparison between warm mix and hot mix technologies was conducted in aspects of asphalt test, mixture test and test road results combined with the mechanism of improvement of warm mix agent. The results show that the void ratio satisfies the specifications under low temperature; by applying warm mix asphalt, the construction temperature could be lowered, and compaction effect and fuel saving ratio will be better.
