摘要
在职业教育改革发展新形势下,电气自动化设备安装与维修专业的人才培养模式也在不断创新。阐述了创新人才培养模式的主要思路和"工厂系统、模拟生产、学做一体"人才培养模式的内涵和目标。介绍了在探索专业建设和课程改革的实践过程中构建新的课程体系、优化教学内容、完善实践教学环境、实施教学模式改革和引进企业管理制度等相关举措,以及取得的初步成效。
The main idea of mode of cultivating innovative talent,as well as the meaning and target of Factory System,Simulated Production and Study and Practice Integration is described in this paper.The new course system construction,the teaching content optimization and the practice teaching environment improvement in the specialty construction of higher vocational schools were discussed. Moreover,the teaching model reform,introduce of enterprise management rules and the related measures were proposed. Finally,the preliminary effect of the cultivating innovative talent is introduced.
