摘要 板集煤矿主、副、风3个立井井筒成井后,发生了突水涌砂淹井事故,井壁受损,采用冻结法封水修复。通过制定科学合理的冻结监控方案,加强冻结监测和分析,及时了解了冻结温度场数据变化,掌握了冻结壁发展状况,适时调整了冷冻站冻结制冷机组运行数量,不仅满足了冻结壁厚度和强度要求,保证了各井筒排水、清淤和修复施工安全,避免了冻胀力破坏既有井壁,而且节省了设备运行费用,取得了很好的技术经济效益。 After a mine main shaft, mine auxiliary shaft and mine ventilation shaft of Banji Mine constructed, water inrush and sand gushing accidents occurred in those shafts, the mine shafts were damaged and a ground freezing method was applied to the water sealing and repair of the mine shafts. With a scientific and rational freezing monitoring and control plan set and a freezing monitoring and analysis enhanced, data variation of the freezing temperature field could be timely understood, development status of the freezing wall could be mastered and the number of the freezing refrigeration units in the freezing station could be timely adjusted. All above would not only meet the requirements of the freezing wall thickness and strength, but could ensure the water drainage, dredging and safety repair opera- tion of each mine shaft and avoid the mine shaft liner failed by the frozen-heave force. Therefore the operation cost of the equipment could be saved and good technical and economic benefits could be obtained.
